Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase (your order information). You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons and to ensure product quality for all customers, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been used or washed: Including beach towels, blankets, and ponchos that show signs of use.

Products that are no longer intact: Dirty, torn, have a strange smell, or damaged due to improper use.

Products that have been used in outdoor activities: For example, if they are covered with sand, grass, or other natural stains.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at support@ulricstreettee.com . Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (a screenshot of your order information)
  • Reasons for return
  • To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the product that is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Return Address

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not our return processing facility and will cause delays. After you contact us and your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label that includes the correct address.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges for Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within the 30-day return window so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
