Order Changes and Cancellations
Thank you for shopping with us at Ulricstreettee. Because orders are processed shortly after they are placed, requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within a limited time.
Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order within 9 hours of placing the order. During this time, you may update shipping information such as the recipient name, delivery address, or other shipping details.
After the 9-hour window has passed, the order may already be in processing and changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may also be canceled within 9 hours of being placed. Once the cancellation request is approved, the order status will be updated and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
